What is a LEAF SERVICE?

LEAF is an acronym for the following:

LEARN about you...our customer!
EDUCATE all staff on our products, existing and new.
ASSESS all patient handling & pressure care needs...find acceptable solutions
FOLLOW UP with ongoing support, wherever needed.

Practically, a LEAF SERVICE works like this:

  • Twice yearly, Blueleaf will book an appointment for a 2 hour visit at a suitable time for you.
  • We will bring new Seating/Mattresses/Lifts/Slings to demonstrate/trial.
  • We will update staff on existing Blueleaf products in your facility.
  • We will aim to present to a cross section of personnel in your facility. These could include Administration / OT / PT / Nursing Staff / Family Members. They would not have to attend for the full 2 hours.
  • On request we will provide a catered lunch.
  • We aim to provide a relaxed informative atmosphere where your staff can be free to ask questions and use the products themselves. Ultimately our GOAL is to have your staff become more confident using our products, many of which may be already in use in your facility.
  • We aim to help your staff. (and your facility to retain them!)
